Creating a Place Where Everyone Belongs

At SMILE Mass, we believe joy, connection, and inclusion should be possible for everyone.

More than 1.2 million people in Massachusetts live with a disability—yet over 10,000 families lack access to the services they need.

That’s why we launched a capital campaign to build a state-of-the-art facility in MetroWest: a permanent home for children and adults with disabilities to play, grow, and belong.

More than just a facility—we’re building a community within a community. A place where:

  • people of all abilities come together
  • individuals with and without disabilities can learn from each other
  • recreation, therapy, and relationships flourish side by side
  • families can take a breath, connect, and build memories together

It’ll also be the new home of Club SMILE Mass—our fastest-growing program, created during the pandemic to meet an urgent need for direct services. But we’ve already outgrown our space.

Will you join us in creating a more inclusive world for years to come?

The Inclusive Space We’re Creating

INDOOR RECREATION

A fully renovated clubhouse with a gym, art and music rooms, multipurpose areas, and classrooms for adaptive fitness, creative exploration, nutrition, storytime, and more.

Outdoor Recreation
& Trails

A universally designed treehouse, sensory pavilion, benches, a sanctuary, and all-season trails for walking, running, biking, and cross-country skiing.

HEATED THERAPEUTIC POOL

A fully accessible indoor pool for swim instruction, aquatic therapy, and water play—designed for all ages and abilities.

On-Site
Equipment Hub

A centralized location for our Equipment Loaner Program—simplifying pickups, storage, and maintenance, while giving families access to critical tools that support everyday life.

SPACE FOR
TRUE BELONGING

More than an activity center—it’s a place where people of all abilities will come together. Where connections are built, stereotypes are broken, and inclusion isn’t an initiative—it’s the norm.
